The secure storage location or current custodian is immediately available to authorised users – for EVERY set of keys. Keys are quickly and conveniently accessed, and securely stored, by authorised users with just a few taps on their smart phone. Yes, there is an App for that!!
Security
The iKLAS electronic key cabinets used in the Keys-on-Tap solution provide robust physical security for keys. Each polycarbonate, QR2id-enabled key tag is electronically locked in place within an electrically locked heavy duty key cabinet; giving two layers of protection. Keys-on-Tap also records photos of users during key retrieval and return, enabling managers to review precisely who accessed the cabinet.
Who has the keys?!!
Quickly, conveniently, and reliably track the chain-of-custody for all keys. The person retrieving the keys from the secure iKLAS key cabinet is the custodian until they correctly transfer custody, or securely store the keys back in a cabinet. Having immediate access to an assured chain-of-custody saves so much time that Keys-on-Tap pays for itself.
Parking Bay Smarts
Keys-on-Tap brings new innovations to frustrating parking bay issues. Where vehicles may be blocking the one you need, the system automatically identifies all the keys needed and makes them available to an authorised user. Now that’s a time saver!
QR2id Code Intelligence
What happens when a QR2id Code is scanned can be varied to suit different user groups and workflows. For example, scanning the QR2id Code on the key tag can present a contact form to a member of the public finding lost keys, where an authorised user has access to applicable workflows. Similarly scanning the QR2id Code on a vehicle can take a public user to a webpage that showcases that vehicle’s specifications and sale information, whereas an authoriser user will have access to a host of Keys-on-Tap functions.
Streamline Audits
Keys-on-Tap also shows authorised users exactly where cars are located in real-time, a feature that dramatically speeds up audits. In one example, the system cut the audit time from three days to just one day.
Unlimited Users – Fully Extensible
Internal and external users can be added, with Roles assigned to set each user’s privileges in the system. Keys-on-Tap also has the benefit of being infinitely scalable. The system grows with you.
