Custom Security Sealing Crate

This crate is built for efficient storage, transport, and security. It stacks when full and nests when empty to save space in warehouses and truck trailers, and it can be used with accessories like tamper evident security seals. The non-skid lid keeps stacked crates stable, while ergonomic handles make carrying comfortable. A reinforced base adds durability and protects products, with optional side wall holes available for ventilation. For added security, the crate includes sealing points for numbered tamper evident security seals that clearly show if the crate has been opened. It also features a label area so labels can be added or removed easily.

Custom options include different sizes and colours such as white, yellow, orange, blue, and green. Logos, QR codes, RFID tags, and barcodes can also be added upon request.

The standard model HSS TBX560380320 includes three sealing points, while the larger models, such as the HSS TBX600400260, come with four sealing points.

The crate seal is made from durable polypropylene (PP) and is designed for single‑use, tamper‑evident protection. It has an overall length of 38.7 mm and a flag size of 38.7 × 12 mm for clear visibility. These seals are available in a range of colours: white, yellow, orange, blue, green and grey, making it easy to identify.

Standard customisation includes crate marking and identification. Custom sizing requires the creation of a new mould and would be quoted separately; for this reason, we recommend selecting a standard size where possible.
