We Are Open
As the effects of COVID-19 continue to be felt across Australia and the world, Harcor will continue to support customers through this difficult time. Harcor, like many organisations, have introduced steps to create a safe workplace and preserve operational continuity to ensure service & supplies to our customers.
We are open. It is important to note that face-to-face customer appointments have stopped, however we have a very resourceful team that are ready to support all our client needs.
The demand for some products has spiked. Libraries for example are now offering the Library2U services for vulnerable or elderly people who have been affected by COVID-19. This has increased the demand for PVC mail bags. To fulfill the orders, bags have been manufactured at Harcor in Melbourne this week.
Phil Belford, Harcor’s National Sales Manager, recently commented that there will always be parts of the supply chain that are out of our control, and therefore it’s impossible to guarantee that our business may not be impacted. Harcor has been in constant contact with ALL of our suppliers, and we will continue to do our best to ensure our supply chain is not disrupted. What we can promise is that we will keep ALL of our customers up-to-date with any developments that may impact our arrangements to supply your goods.
Harcor is also adapting its supply chain to assist in meeting increased demands due to the pandemic. To tackle the face mask shortage, face masks will be added to our product range. Please contact the team, if there is anything at all that we can assist you with.
