New SCEC approved security seal now available!
Introducing the newest edition to our adjustable security seal range. The patented Ten-Lok seal is available in a variety of different lengths, colours, flag size and the choice between a 2 mm and 3.8 mm diameter tail.
The seal combines strength and elasticity, and incorporates a security chamber that cleverly houses a metal insert in a welded casing which is designed to prevent manipulation. To ensure traceability, Harcor uses the Exact & Track system to check serial numbering is unique.
With SCEC approval being awarded to the Ten-Lok, Government customers who require this approval, now have a much wider selection of seal colour, length and flag sizes than ever before. The only condition of approval is that the seal must include numbering.
White serial numbered Ten-Lok 1 is kept in stock. All other models are custom orders that can include custom decoration, such as one colour logo, barcode and serial numbering (available on uniquely logo’d seals only).
In addition to printing options, users can also select to have a unique RFID tag embedded into select Ten-Lok models. The Ten-Lok RFID tag is injected into the flag which provides maximum sealing and protection against external agents. This tag has a guaranteed reading distance of 3 metres and an EPG memory of 496 bits. This solution is being used by the food sector internationally, as industrial food processes require a seal that is watertight for data protection and proper operation.
